Insiders already know what I'm talking about. Finding customers online or, better yet, being found by them is possible if you are capable of planning and implementing an effective and timely Inbound Marketing strategy, which must be designed in relation to the objective you intend to achieve, calibrated based on your identity, adapted to the personality and needs of your (potential) customers and modulated from time to time according to the characteristics of the tools you choose to use. How to proceed, then? Here are the 7 phases of my story. Phase 1 – Study and observation I wanted to do things right. I had to start from the foundations: study and observe who was already a professional , who had experience, who knew what and how to do. I observed a lot, without ever losing sight of my goal and, more importantly, my identity. I understood 3 things: I had to invest in myself and my Brand Reputation; I had to build my Personal Brand and I had to do it with honesty, transparency, clarity, naturalness; I had to design my personal Inbound Marketing funnel , that process that allows you to be found by people who are truly interested in what you have to offer them.
They are the ones who find you. You don't bother anyone. Why personal ? Because I had to study it and think about it based on my needs and my personality. Look inside myself. Understanding what my distinctive traits Loan Phone Number List could be, what qualities to focus on. I had to be aware of what I had to offer my potential clients. Based on this and the skills I could count on, I had to build my identity and make myself easily recognisable. But who were my potential customers? I had to identify them, understand who I wanted to address and who might be really interested in my offer. I built my Buyer Personas, I observed my potential customers in the virtual places where I knew I could find them and I planned my message so that it could respond to their needs and speak their language. What is my message? You need me.
Maybe you are aware of it, more likely you are not. Anyway, I'll explain why you need me. Phase 3 – Tactics The strategy requires a tactic capable of implementing what until then remains written in black and white. I needed tools to send my message to the right people . Which? The blog , social networks and Facebook ADS , Comment Marketing , e-mail marketing, digital PR. The container that brought together all these tools was my Personal Brand and the elements on the basis of which I exploited them to my advantage were: my personality, my objective, the potential customers I was addressing. So, I began to write and write and write, to maintain relationships , to make new interesting acquaintances, to make myself known. I built my network , I promoted my business by telling about myself and what I knew how to do, I paid great attention to content , words , images , I communicated , in the sense of the Latin etymology of the term to bind together .
